2. Limitations
The Job Board of the Smart SFMC Marketer website is provided as a service. Any information posted by users must be related to the purposes of the Job Board. Users shall exercise both common sense and courtesy when posting information and shall not use the Job Board to transmit defamatory, disparaging, obscene or offensive materials or communications. Cezium reserves the right to remove postings deemed not in the best interests of the Job Board.
The Job Board is to be used only by individuals interested in obtaining career information and filling job openings and by employers posting employment opportunities.
Users are prohibited from uploading or distributing any information subject to trademark, copyright, or other proprietary rights except with the express consent of the owner of the rights.
3. Fees and Renewals
There will be no refunds or credits for job postings.
Job posts stay online for 30 days.
Small adjustments are always possible and will be free of charge.
4. Site Terms of Use Modifications
The service is offered and controlled by Cezium from its facilities in Europe.
Cezium makes no representations that the service is appropriate or available for use in locations other than Europe and the United States.
Those who access or use the Service from other jurisdictions do so at their own volition and are responsible for compliance with local law.
We handle complaints of copyright infringement in accordance with our Copyright Policy.
